📦 Shipping & Production Policy At Classic Jewelers, every ring is custom made to order, crafted with precision and care to reflect the uniqueness of your love story. Because of the personalized nature of our pieces, each ring requires approximately 2-3 weeks for production before it is ready to ship. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Once your ring has been crafted, it will be shipped via a trusted overnight carrier, with tracking provided. Please note: The 21 day production time begins once your order is confirmed. Expedited production is not currently available. Delivery timeframes begin after the production period. We appreciate your patience and are proud to create jewelry that’s worth the wait. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, but we will gladly assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

At Classic Jewelers, we offer 14-day returns for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact Info@RamzyJewelry.com with your order number.
