- Processing Time: Your jewelry is made to order in 14–21 days from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows us to ensure quality and precision in every piece.
- Shipping Method: We offer UPS 2nd Day Express Mail for fast and secure delivery. All shipments are fully insured to protect your purchase during transit. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Delivery Time: After production, your order ships with 2-day delivery. Please note that processing time still applies before shipment.
- Shipping Costs: We offer free 2-day shipping within the United States. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
