Your jewelry is made to order in 14–21 days, followed by 2-day shipping within the United States. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Free U.S. shipping is included. International shipping is available to selected countries; costs and delivery times may vary. If you have a firm proposal date, contact our team before ordering. See our shipping policy for details.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free on approved eligible returns. Wearing your ring during the 14-day return period does not affect eligibility. Items must remain unaltered and be returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Standard engagement rings, including discounted rings, qualify for 14-day returns. Bespoke custom-made or special-order pieces outside the standard metal, carat and ring-size choices offered on our website, engraved pieces, items altered after purchase, and gift cards are excluded.
