At Classic Jewelers, every ring is custom made to order, crafted with precision and care to reflect the uniqueness of your love story. Because of the personalized nature of our pieces, each ring requires approximately 2-3 weeks for production before it is ready to ship.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Once your ring has been crafted, it will be shipped via a trusted overnight carrier, with tracking provided.

The 21 day production time begins once your order is confirmed.
Expedited production is not currently available.
Delivery timeframes begin after the production period.

Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, but we will gladly assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Loose Stones: We’ll tighten and secure any stones that become loose from normal wear.
Resizing: We offer complimentary resizing (one time) within the first year of purchase.
What’s Not Covered:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear such as scratches, dings, or fading
Loss or theft
Repairs or work performed by other jewelers
