Every ring is made to order. Production takes 14–21 days, followed by 2-day shipping. Free shipping is included on U.S. orders, with tracking provided when your jewelry ships.

If you have a firm proposal or event date, contact us before ordering. Expedited production is not currently available. International shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and delivery times may vary; see our shipping policy.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.

Return shipping is free on eligible returns. Resized, engraved, soldered, modified, customized, and special-order pieces are final sale. Sale items and gift cards are excluded under our refund policy.

Our lifetime ring warranty covers manufacturing defects and tightening stones that become loose from normal wear. One complimentary resize is included within the first year of purchase.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss or theft, unauthorized modifications, and work performed by other jewelers are excluded. Proof of purchase is required.
